Restructuring how users move across events, spaces, and missions to reduce friction and make participation more direct and consistent.

The problem

The problem

The product had multiple sections:

events
spaces
missions
rewards

But usage felt scattered.

  • no clear starting point

  • actions stopped after completion

  • switching between sections was common

Users could access features, but didn’t move through them.

What was identified

What was identified

Across home, spaces, and missions:

  • entry points competed instead of guiding

  • actions didn’t lead to a next step

  • the same interactions behaved differently across sections

Examples:

  • joining a space didn’t lead to interaction

  • opening a mission didn’t clearly lead to completion

  • feed actions were inconsistent across layouts

The product worked in parts, but not as a connected experience.

A full review of onboarding, KYC, purchase, and portfolio flows showed a clear gap:

Actions ended in isolation.

  • completing KYC did not lead to continued activity

  • purchasing gold did not encourage repeat behaviour

  • progress over time was not visible

The product enabled transactions, but did not support continuity.

Approach

Approach

The focus was not redesigning features.

It was fixing how they connect.

  • simplify entry points

  • make actions lead forward

  • align interaction patterns across sections

The focus shifted from improving individual screens to shaping behaviour.

The goal was to:

  • encourage repeat actions

  • make progress visible

  • build consistency over time

What changed

What changed

Clearer structure

The product was reorganised into:
